CHF Support Group

This is a FREE monthly support group focused on congestive heart failure (CHF) management. Learn more about better managing CHF for better quality of life and less ER visits and hospitalizations. This group is for anyone with CHF and their family/caregiver. To register, please fill complete the form below or call 910-291-7402. Feel free to call if you have any questions. Diabetes Support Group

Scotland Health is proud to offer a monthly support group for individuals with diabetes and their caregivers. This support group aims to provide a safe and welcoming space for participants to connect, share experiences, and gain valuable knowledge about managing diabetes. Each month, the group will focus on a different diabetes-related topic, allowing attendees to deepen their understanding and learn practical strategies for better diabetes management. In addition, educators will be present to address any questions or concerns that participants may have.
