Pre Registration

Completing your pre-registration by phone for a hospital service will help you move more quickly through the registration process and to the treatment area on the day of your service.

If you would like to pre-register by phone, please call one of the following:

• Kim Josey (910) 291-7971 (Patient's Last Name begins with M-Z)

You must complete your pre-registration form at least 48 hours in advance of your scheduled hospital service.
