Scotland Health is pleased to welcome Kennedy Shull, PA-C, to Laurinburg Family Practice and Urgent Care, where she will provide comprehensive primary care and urgent care services to patients of all ages.

Kennedy brings a strong clinical background and a passion for patient-centered care, preventive medicine, and health education. She earned her Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies from the Medical University of South Carolina, graduating with a 4.0 GPA, after receiving her Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science from the University of South Carolina, where she graduated Summa Cum Laude.

Prior to joining Scotland Health, Kennedy practiced in both primary care and urgent care settings, providing evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment for acute and chronic medical conditions. Her experience includes performing minor procedures, ordering diagnostic testing, prescribing medications, and helping patients improve their overall health through education and preventive care.

"We are excited to welcome Kennedy to Laurinburg Family Practice and Urgent Care," said Dr. Shelly Lowery, CMO and Senior Vice President of Ambulatory Practices. "Her commitment to delivering compassionate, high-quality care and her broad clinical experience make her an excellent addition to our team and a valuable resource for our patients."

As part of her physician assistant training, Kennedy completed clinical rotations in family medicine, emergency medicine, intensive care, general surgery, psychiatry, pediatrics, women's health, dermatology, and plastic and reconstructive surgery. This diverse training prepared her to care for a wide range of patient needs and health conditions.

Kennedy is certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA), holds physician assistant licenses in South Carolina and Tennessee, and is an active member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants.

"I am excited to join the Scotland Health team and serve the Laurinburg community," said Kennedy. "I look forward to building relationships with my patients and helping them achieve their health goals through compassionate, personalized care."
