Scotland Health is pleased to announce a significant update to our billing system that will enhance the convenience of our services. Starting on August 14, patients who do not have active MyChart logins but have valid email and/or mobile numbers will receive paperless statements instead of traditional paper statements.
At Scotland Health, we are committed to providing our patients with the highest level of care and service. This update is part of our ongoing efforts to streamline our operations and reduce our environmental impact. Patients who are currently receiving emails and/or text messages when their statements generate will now have the option to receive their statements electronically, eliminating the need for paper statements.
