Hospice care is for patients who are considered to be in the last 6 months of life, as certified by a physician. Our care focuses on pain control and symptom management. Our team of professional staff members provides personalized care for each patient. Patients receive care in their homes, in rest homes, assisted living and long-term care facilities, as well as hospitals.
