Scotland Health’s Cardiac Rehabilitation program provides a structured, medically supervised environment designed to help patients recover after major heart-related events or procedures. The program supports individuals following a heart attack, bypass surgery, heart failure diagnosis, valve replacement, stent placement, and other significant cardiac conditions.
Our goal is to slow the progression of heart disease while helping patients strengthen their bodies, build confidence, and learn how to safely manage their long-term heart health.
Every participant begins with a detailed assessment, including a 45-minute interview and a six-minute walk test. This evaluation helps our team understand each patient’s current abilities, limitations, and needs.
