Tri-County Mental Health Center

Description

Tri-County CMHC provides coordinated outpatient mental health services to adults, children, and families in Chesterfield, Marlboro, and Dillon counties. Our purpose is to support our clients by facilitating an understanding of their mental health needs, assisting with the identification of barriers to recovery, and developing wellness-focused solutions. We strive to work with clients to create a person-centered treatment plan that makes use of available support systems.
