What is the DAISY Award?

The DAISY Award is an international program that rewards and celebrates the extraordinary clinical skill and compassionate care given by nurses everyday. Scotland Health Care System is proud to be a DAISY Award Partner, recognizing one of our nurses with this special honor once every quarter.

Nominate a nurse for the DAISY Award using the form below.  In your nomination, please describe in detail a specific situation or story about how this nurse went above and beyond to make a meaningful difference in your life or the life of our patients.  Only those nominations including descriptions of specific circumstances when the nurse stood out will be considered.
