Camp Spinoza is a weekend of fun, exploration and sharing for kids between the ages of 5 and 13 who have experienced the recent loss of a loved one. Offered free of charge, Camp Spinoza allows children to enjoy traditional camp activities with trained counselors, while also providing opportunities to share their emotions and feelings about grief with others who are experiencing the same thing.

Camp Spinoza is offered on the first weekend of June at the Monroe Camp and Retreat Center  in Laurel Hill, NC.  For more information on Camp Spinoza, or if you know a child who could benefit from Camp Spinoza, please call Scotland Regional Hospice at (910) 276-7176.
