Visiting Hours for Scotland Memorial Hospital
General visiting hours are 6:00 a.m. to 8:30 p.m. Intensive Care visiting hours: 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. on the odd hours for 30 minutes only. If you are a patient in The Women’s Center please check with the staff regarding their visiting regulations. Liberal visiting arrangements may be made for families of surgical patients on the day of surgery.

Waiting Areas
There are specially designated lounge areas for visitors on each patient floor and on the main floor in the lobby. Specific waiting areas have been designated for families of patients in the critical care units and the Emergency Department. Family members who accompany a surgical patient may wait in the Outpatient Waiting Room.
Cafeteria
The Sinclair Dining Room is located on the first floor of the hospital, just off of the main hospital entrance. It is open daily:
Vending Machines
Vending machines for snacks and beverages are located on the first floor outside of the Sinclair Dining Room, in the Emergency Center Waiting Room, and in the Outpatient Waiting Room. They are available 24 hours a day.
Meditation Chapel
A meditation chapel is located on the first floor next to the main lobby. Visitors of all faiths are welcome to visit the chapel for worship services, prayer, and quiet reflection.
Gift Shop
The Scotch Bonnet Gift Shop, staffed by volunteers, offers gift items, jewelry, magazines, greeting cards, stamps, candy, toiletries, flowers and plants. Cash, check, and credit cards are accepted.

Parking
Free parking for patients and visitors is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.Parking for outpatient services is located on the side of the hospital facing Highway 74 Bypass. Visitors to the Emergency Center may park in the designated Emergency Center parking lot. Patients and visitors are cautioned not to park in reserved areas or physician-designated areas. Please be sure to lock your car and don’t leave valuables in sight. If you are leaving the hospital at night and would like an escort to your vehicle, please ask the nursing staff to call a Security Officer.
