Scotland Health Care System offers you two separate Patient Portals - one for the hospital and one for the nine medical practices in Scotland Physicians Network. Because each portal offers different health care information, we strongly encourage each patient to acquire log in information for both Patient Portals. Our Patient Portals are free and available to use 24 hours a day.

The Hospital portal offers you information about hospital services you have received at Scotland Memorial Hospital:

  • Health Record Summary

How to get started
After providing your email address to the hospital, you will receive an email from the hospital with a link to the patient portal. Be sure to check your email and use the link to launch the portal. The initial registration process takes approximately five minutes. Please note that any information patients add or delete to the medical record is not communicated to the hospital.
