Description:	Childbirth Choices is a two-part class held the 2nd Saturday from 1 to 5 pm and Sunday from 2 to 5 pm each month. The class provides important information such as how your baby is developing, breathiing and relaxation techniques, how to write a birth plan, what to expect during labor and delivery, and much more. Tours of the Women's Center are included in the class in order to help you become familar with the Center prior to your baby's delivery. There is no charge for Childbirth Choice, however, registration is required. The Staff Development Center is located behind the hospital. Call 910-291-7810 to register and for more infomration.
