Description:	The Community Diabetes Support Group is a joint effort between Scotland Memorial Hospital and the Scotland County Health Department. The group's emphasis is on education and support for those with diabetes and their family members. Meetings are held the 3rd Tuesday of the month at 5:00 p.m. in the WR Dulin Conference Center. The Diabetes Support Group is funded by Scotland Memorial Foundation.
