Established in 1988, Scotland Memorial Foundation plays an integral role in helping Scotland Health Care System achieve its mission of providing high quality, compassionate health care services. The Foundation is governed by a community-based, volunteer Board of Trustees. Meet Scotland Memorial Foundation's Executive Director On July 5, 2010, Brooke Jenkins joined Scotland Memorial Foundation as its Executive Director. Ms. Jenkins is a Laurinburg native who earned a law degree from the UNC School of Law. Click here to learn more... Putting on the Ritz-A Gala of Giving is scheduled for Saturday, November 6, 2010. Scholarships Five young women will enter college this summer with established educational goals focused on healthcare and at least a $2,000 scholarship toward their college education, thanks to Scotland Memorial Foundation. Regardless of the size or nature of the gift, each donor shares a common desire to offer whatever he or she can give to alleviate the suffering of others. Whether providing free mammography screenings, scholarships, or helping a patient seeking emergency health care, gifts continue to assure Scotland Memorial Hospital's ability to provide high-quality health care.
